Within 60 days of the initial switch request you need to complete the full Current Account Switch Service switch, have at least 2 qualifying household Direct Debits on the Santander account, pay at least £1,500 into the account and fund a Santander Regular Saver held in your name with at least £200.
The £200 Regular Saver funding can go into a new Santander Regular Saver, or an existing Santander Regular Saver where Santander's terms allow it.

Santander checks eligibility 60 days after the initial switch request and then pays the £240 within the following 30 days.
In practice that means the bonus normally arrives around 90 days after your initial switch request, provided every qualifying requirement has been met.
