Use the Report Expired Offer feature available on our offer pages, or contact us directly through the contact form. Please include the offer URL and the specific detail you believe is incorrect.
What we do next
- We aim to investigate reported corrections as quickly as reasonably possible, typically within 48 hours.
- Verified corrections are made immediately and the "Last updated" date is refreshed.
- Significant corrections (materially wrong reward, eligibility or provider details) are noted in the offer history block on the offer page.
- If an offer has expired or can no longer be independently verified, we may remove it from active listings or clearly mark it as expired until it is updated.
What we won't do
We never quietly change reward amounts to inflate an offer, and we never keep expired promotions listed as active. If we can't verify a current offer, we display "Check latest offer" instead of a value.
